Reporting these emails in such a fashion as to jeopardize the ability of this site to conduct automated mailings, thus limiting the ability to communicate with members, will result in the termination of your account. Trying to unfairly label DigitalSoulspace.org as a spammer when you have signed up to be a member, is not good Karma. Especially when you can easily opt out at any time, and save everyone a lot of trouble.

Digital Soulspace is a private, members-only spiritual community at digitalsoulspace.org, run by Digital Soulspace LLC in the United States. We do not sell your information, show you ads, or share it with advertisers. This policy explains, in plain words, what we keep about you, why, and who else touches it.

We only keep what you give us and what the site needs to run.

We never see or store your card or bank details. DonorBox handles all payments.
Members who moved here from our old home on Mighty Networks had their name, email, profile photo and space memberships brought over so they would not have to start again.
People, not algorithms, decide on join requests and reported posts. The only automatic check is the safety screening on the AI features, described below.
We never sell, rent or trade your information. A few trusted services help us run the site, and each gets only what its job needs.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect a member’s safety.
We email members about the community: replies and mentions, newsletters, bulletins, live sessions, and the monthly Rabbit Rabbit card. You can stop them whenever you like:
We will still send emails you need to use your account, such as a password reset link.
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember small choices, like a notice you have already read. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and no outside analytics.
If you add Soulspace to your phone’s home screen, your phone keeps a copy of some pages so the app opens quickly and works when you’re offline. Clearing the app or your browser data removes it.
Only signed-in members can see the community. There are two exceptions: a post you choose to share with #bluesky, and our weekly podcast, which may mention posts from public spaces and welcome new members by first name.
Our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines do not allow members to share other members’ posts outside Soulspace without permission.

To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete Account, or email admin@digitalsoulspace.org and we’ll do it for you. Your profile, posts and messages are removed from the site straight away. Copies in our backups are cleared as those backups expire, within 12 months.
Your rights. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, download it, or have it deleted. Email admin@digitalsoulspace.org and we’ll answer within 30 days. Wherever you live, we’ll treat your request the same way.
Children. Soulspace is for members 18 and over, or 13 to 17 with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. We don’t knowingly accept anyone under 13. If we learn a member is under 13, or is 13 to 17 without a parent’s permission, we’ll close the account and delete their information. Parents can ask us to see or delete their child’s information at admin@digitalsoulspace.org.
Security. The site uses an encrypted connection (https). Passwords are stored scrambled. Our server is reached only with security keys, gets security updates automatically, and is checked every night. No system is perfect, but we take care of it as if it were our own home.
Changes. If we change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date below and tell members through the System Bulletin.
